Im A doula is a trained professional who provides emotional, physical, and informational support to individuals before, during, and after childbirth. Unlike medical professionals, doulas do not provide medical care but instead focus on the holistic well-being of the birthing person, helping to ensure a positive and empowered birthing experience.
I can assist during labor and delivery, offering comfort measures such as breathing techniques, massage, and encouragement. I can help with communication between u and medical staff.
I also do Postpartum i offer support after birth, helping with newborn care, breastfeeding, and emotional adjustment.

I have experience in the thru put my course placements and helping with the out family and friends to assist them thru out I have enough knowledge to help new mothers in pregnancy after.

First aid and certified doula. I'm working with new mothers day to day to get more experience
