I live on Kilnwood Vale. I am a loving, caring individual with a wide range of experience teaching and caring for children of all ages and needs.
I am seeking a loving family to welcome into my world with my current 19 month old, who I can build a strong relationship with as a nanny. Bringing joy, love and great experience to your child’s life.

My Experience
I have gained a lot of experience working with children with Special Educational Needs of all ages.
I have worked in many educational settings teaching children and students with Special Educational Needs. I currently work (prior to maternity leave) at a college teaching students life skills, Maths, English, cooking and gardening. I am also first aid trained.
My main responsibilities are:
- promoting equality and diversity
- keeping children/students safe at all times
- planning fun educational activities
- communicating with parents daily
- identifying and dealing with behavioural issues
- coming up with strategies to support children with Special Educational Needs
- Making relevant adjustment to resources and the structure of the day
- Adhere and deal with safeguarding situations
- Promote health and safety
- Delivering up to date curriculum

I have a big family with 10 nephews, as well as my own son, so looking after children is like second nature to me.
My Qualifications
- Level 3 Award in education and training
- Level 4 Certificate in education and training
- Level 5 Diploma in education and training
- Qualified teacher learning and skills status (QTLS)
- Level 3 in Special Educational Needs
- Student teacher disco/freestyle in dance
- Stage 1 and 2 in physical interventions
