About Me
I am creative, compassionate, and highly dependable nanny who has the experience for caring for children and the special needs. In addition, I am a flexible caregiver who can handle unexpected changes in schedule or situations with ease, grace, and confidence. I have been trained for pediatric first aid, pediatric basic life support, anaphylaxis, fire and safety, safeguarding and moving and handling. Aside from that, I have an Enhanced DBS check.
As a qualified professional, I have expertise in the following areas related to safeguarding in a summer camp setting:
Female Genital Mutilation (FGM): Trained to identify signs, risks, and respond appropriately to potential cases of FGM.
The Prevent Duty: Knowledgeable about preventing radicalization and extremism, ensuring the mental well-being of children and young people.
Keeping Children Safe in Education 2022: Familiar with the latest guidance on safeguarding, including legal responsibilities and responding to concerns or disclosures.
First Aid Essentials: Certified in first aid, equipped to handle injuries and medical emergencies promptly and effectively.
These qualifications enable me to contribute to the safeguarding team in a summer camp, ensuring the safety, well-being, and protection of all participants.

Care for the Elderly:
Providing care for the elderly is an essential aspect of health and social care. It involves assisting older individuals with their daily activities, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being, and promoting their independence. This care can take place in various settings, including residential care homes, nursing homes, or within the individual's own home.
Duty of Care in Health and Social Care:
The duty of care refers to the legal and ethical obligation of healthcare and social care professionals to ensure the safety and well-being of the individuals they support. It involves providing a reasonable standard of care, acting in the best interests of the person receiving care, and taking necessary precautions to avoid harm or injury.
Health and Safety at Early Years (EY):
Health and safety practices are crucial in early years settings, such as nurseries, preschools, and daycare centers. These practices aim to create a safe and secure environment for children, including measures such as risk assessments, proper hygiene practices, childproofing the premises, ensuring appropriate staff-to-child ratios, and maintaining first aid procedures.
Infection Prevention and Control:
Infection prevention and control measures are essential in healthcare and social care settings to prevent the spread of infections. This includes practices like proper hand hygiene, wearing personal protective equipment (PPE), adhering to aseptic techniques, implementing vaccination programs, managing waste appropriately, and maintaining clean and sanitized environments.

It focuses on recognizing the signs and symptoms of dementia, understanding the impact it has on individuals and their families, providing appropriate support and care, and promoting dignity and quality of life for those affected by dementia.
Communication in Health and Social Care:
Effective communication is crucial in health and social care settings to ensure proper understanding, coordination, and delivery of care. It involves clear and empathetic communication between healthcare professionals, service users, and their families. Good communication skills include active listening, using appropriate language, non-verbal cues, and adapting communication methods to meet the individual's needs (e.g., using visual aids or alternative communication methods for individuals with hearing or speech impairments).

Tahirh is a very good nanny who is transparent and very helpful. Tahirh has a lot of experience and knowledge in anything related to toddlers. She created a bond with my daughter and put my mind at ease that I could leave my daughter in her care while I rest. Tahirh is caring and kind, it was a pleasure having her as a nanny while my husband was away. She was a good support👍🏻

Absolutely amazing experience we had with Lulu In London!
Lulu was punctual and friendly, excellent with children, and gave updates via text message to help put my mind at rest while we were out!
Lulu took great care of our 2 year old son. I felt very comfortable leaving our son with her for a few hours for 10 days!
This was our first time letting someone else watch him. I wasn’t too sure at first because it takes him time to warm up with others even relatives but he warmed up pretty quickly with Lulu! I immediately felt relieved, he was so happy and content with her for all the days he was with her and you could see change in his speech and interaction with other kids as well which was what we were looking for!
She communicated great the entire time and also kept us informed of location and everything . She was also able to stay longer without hesitation when we asked her. We liked her so much. Next time we go back to London we are definitely requesting her again!! Thanks so much Lulu!!!

recommendation for Lulu, who has provided exceptional care for my 7-year-old son, who has autism and epilepsy. Lulu has been a tremendous support to both my son and our family, and I feel extremely comfortable leaving my son in her care. Her professional expertise and genuine care for his well-being have been invaluable.
Lulu has put a comprehensive learning development program in place, which includes encouraging my son to participate in outdoor activities and swimming lessons. These activities have greatly benefited him, and her thoughtful approach has made a significant difference in his progress. Furthermore, Lulu has gone above and beyond in supporting me during medical appointments and has even been by my side during emergency situations, ensuring that my son receives the care he needs.
I highly recommend Lulu to any family seeking professional, compassionate, and dedicated care. Her support has truly been a blessing for us.
