About Me
I am a full spectrum doula and night nanny supporting parents during the 4th trimester. After having a baby and a great experience during the first couple of months of motherhood I want to give the same to other parents.
I also work as a night doula/nanny supporting parents that need a good night of sleep, so they can thrive during the day with their babies.
If needed I also do light house work and prep ingredients for lunch.
I am the mum of a gorgeous baby girl and I enjoy motherhood quite a lot and using all the knowledge I have with my little one.
In my spare time I train with London Roller Derby and I also play games around Europe.
I am a Spanish speaker and Spanish passport holder, in case someone needs support while on holidays or in another country, I can work in Europe legally.
My Experience
I have been working with families for the last 3 years, with my own clients doing birth, postnatal and night doula/nanny services and also volunteering with an organisation called Sister Circle supporting people that need doulas but are not able to afford them.
I have experience with children from 2 weeks old to 12 years old.
Experience with single babies and also twins.

My Qualifications
I am a qualified full spectrum doula, babywearing consultant, baby massage instructor and also a culinary chef level 1.

Hi parents! In May I finish my actual position( over a year) so available from June.
Ideally I prefer long bookings so I can provide continuity of care but I am also open to short and last minute bookings.

My Fees
- Doulas from £25.00 per hour
I only work nights.
My fees are £25per hour during the night for a single baby and £30 for multiples.
Please don’t hesitate to contact if what you can afford is less than my fees, I am open to negotiate my fee if your situation needs it.

Ruth was my first babysitter that I have ever used for my 8 month old baby girl. She instantly put me at ease with her experience and comforting approach. She was wonderful with my baby and keeping me updated throughout the evening. I highly recommend Ruth - she is just wonderful!
