About Us

The Old Station Nursery Bridgetown Pre-School is a purpose-built, carefully designed Pre-school situated close to the picturesque market town of Stratford-upon-Avon, and is set within the grounds of Bridgetown Primary School. Our proximity to the school gives children the opportunity to familiarise themselves with their surroundings, making the transition to school seamless.

The Pre-School is spacious and welcoming with plenty of natural resources for the children to explore throughout the day. We encourage independence by encouraging children to choose the activities which interest them the most, as well as self-serving at mealtimes. This supports the children in being independent learners and to have the skills they require for progression to school.

The children are able to free flow between the indoor and outdoor environment, with the large garden having three enticing areas to explore. There is an area for climbing, with a slide and climbing tyres, and an outdoor classroom where more structured activities can take place. The children also have the opportunity to explore the Forest School site which the children take part in twice a week. This gives them an opportunity to further explore and learn about the great outdoors.

The pre-school offers exceptional care, enriched by unique learning opportunities for your child. One such experience is child-friendly cooking classes, helping to equip children with valuable skills and deeper knowledge of the cooking process.
