About Me
Hello, my name is Laura, I am a Ofsted registered childminder in Silver End where I offer a home from home environment that inspires a love of learning through play.
I call my setting Buttercups Childminding, I have worked in an early years setting for the past 7 years where I have gained knowledge, skills and experience working with young children. I have a passion with working with children and enjoy watching them thrive.
My Experience
I love all things nature and try to spend as much time as I can in the great outdoors, this also allows children to develop self-confidence, independence and self-esteem.
I have two lovely children, one in primary school and the other in secondary school who love to be my helpers. I have a dog Poppy who is a big part of our family, she enjoys joining us when we are exploring outdoors, I also have a cat Ed who loves to be fussed over.
My home is a bright and welcoming environment, I have a playroom which is full of wooden and natural resources to support children's learning and play.
