My experience is quite personal, I took care of my little brother when my mother had to work. I helped him with homework, played together, washed him, and then prepared him to go to sleep. Right now, I take care of my nieces, when they need it. I also took care of my grandparents, when, of course, some things were more difficult for them with advancing age.
