Informal babysitter: from 2011 - Present From 7 years of age
I helped in the care of my younger siblings (a boy and a girl who were, at the time, 2 years old and 2 months old).
•Cooked.

•Picked them up from school and after-school clubs.
•Helped them with their homework.
•Watched over them while my parents were working.
•Played with them.

Professional Nanny: from 19th January - August 2023 Nannied for the Conners Family. Took care of three children: one boy aged 3, one aged 7 (who was Autistic), and a girl aged 18 months.
•Cooked.
•Helped parents clean the house.
•Picking up children from school.
•Helped the oldest child with his homework and develop his reading skills.
•Watched over children while parents were out.
•Played with them. •Assisted parents when shopping with the children.
•Assisted parent with child's safety (The oldest child was getting bullied in school. I assisted the parent by taking pictures of the scratches on the child's body and this situation was followed by the school and Police).

Professional Nanny: 18th January - Currently, taking care of 12 month old baby helping him reach his developmental mile stones.

I have truly discovered a passion for taking care of children simply because I understand the world that children live in nowadays, which can sometimes make it hard for children to truly just be children. However, I would say that the most rewarding part of being a nanny is getting to be part of a child's growth and development. The simple feeling of a child learning to walk or to speak is priceless. They fill my heart with joy. And lastly, as a child, I grew up going to church, from a very young age I learned what was right and what was wrong. I am so grateful that I was brought up this way because it stopped me from making a lot of wrong decisions that many young people make, for example, mixing in with the wrong types of friends. This therefore prevented me from going through the hurt many of them faced. Taking care of children allows me to pass those same life lessons that we're taught to me to them. This is why I love children so much because a stable and nurturing childhood can prevent many inward complexes that many adults face today. In short, I want to take care of children because God took care of me as a child, and if you'd give me a chance to take care of your children I would greatly appreciate it.

I am available on:
•Modays (until 6pm)
•Tuesdays (until anytime)
•Wednesdays (until 4.30pm)
•Occasional Saturdays (from 3pm for 1 of 2hrs)

• Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
• Nannying from £20.00 per hour (gross)
