My Requirements

My husband and I along with our two-and-a-half-year-old son are moving to Guernsey long term in August this year and are looking for help with our toddler. We will be living in L’Ancresse.

We are looking for support with childcare 4-5 days a week. Our son will go to nursery 3-4 days a week so we would need help with drop off and pick-ups on those days and additional support on the days he is not in nursery. The days in nursery are potentially changeable so could be flexible to suit an applicant. Our son is a very caring and active little boy who loves dancing, singing, drawing, football and tearing around the neighbourhood with his balance bike. He is a glass half full kind of boy.

We are a multilingual family, my husband (half German) speaks German to our son, and I speak to him in French. We are therefore ideally also looking for someone who could potentially speak German or French.

We are also expecting our second baby in October which will mean that childcare hours are likely to increase from October.
