My Requirements

The boys are with me 50:50, alternating weeks. I tend to schedule gigs and events for when it’s just me and my daughter so it’s really just my two year old who you will be required to look after. We do have a sitter (husband and wife team) who I’ve used since my daughter was 3 months old however as newly weds, they’re now expecting their own little bundle of joy in August 2025 and I wouldn’t expect them to commit to sitting my daughter whilst caring for their own first baby. My daughter is in full time nursery at a school. She’s a firecracker; a bit of a tomboy, loves rough play with her big brothers, going on her “bike” (it’s actually a scuttle bug), using flash cards, all and any messy play, dancing, singing, Bebe Finn and obsessed with dinosaurs. She’s a great eater - I really don’t know where she puts it all - and eats all kinds of things. Her recent love is for almonds and cashews. She will take you by the hand, lead you to the kitchen and tell you exactly what she wants. When she pushes her luck she’ll ask for a spoon with the chocolate spread (I have no idea who taught her that!?) I’ve never had an overnight from her and wouldn’t necessarily expect it. I have listed when I’d be looking for care. Always evenings. As I said, it’s for gigs usually. Although I have already booked my Aintree Grand National 2026 tickets and do not yet have a sitter. So that would be a whole Saturday from around 11am until around 7-8pm. I drive there/back so I won’t be returning home drunk!! I pay in line with NMW for the sitters age.
