I think as a parent myself I literally would want my child to be cared for by someone who cares about them - by that I mean not just someone who is in it for the money (but lets face it thats not why most of us do it). Somewhere he would be stimulated with everyday opportunities becoming a learning experience for her and where all his needs were being met.
