What do I offer?
Initial 1:1 Home Visit
To help you and your child feel at ease before tutoring begins, I offer an introductory home visit. During this session, I’ll come to your home and conduct and informal assessment, which will help me to understand your child’s current level, needs and interests. This also provides me with a chance for us to discuss your goals and expectations for tutoring moving forward.
1:1 Tutoring
My 1:1 tutoring sessions are designed to provide personalised support, ensuring that each child’s learning is fully tailored to their individual needs. With experiences across a range of key stages, I offer focussed, high quality attention that allows for deep understanding and progress. I aim to create a supportive and engaging environment where children feel comfortable a, build confidence and thrive without distractions, allowing them to achieve their full potential.
My Experience
My journey with children began at 16 working various nurseries. Following my nursery work, I enrolled with the Open University to complete my undergraduate degree. A few years later I completed my PGCE with QTS. Now, as a qualified teacher my passion has been to tailor lessons to ensure children succeed in every way they can.
