Hey my name is Andrea and I am a happy, bubbly, reliable person who currently works as an Assistant Childminder within a family business alongside my Mum, Aunty and cousins. I love working with children and always have done from a very young age which meant I always knew what I wanted to study in College when I left school. Working with children has always been a passion of mine as I enjoy watching their development, the laughter each child brings to your day, the uniqueness of every child and the way their little personalities shape them into little adults. It is always soo rewarding when I watch a child who has been in my care grow from a baby to toddler to a school child knowing that I have had an impact on their learning and development.

I have 12 years experience of working in childcare settings such as Montessori Nurseries, Local Authority Nurseries and Private Nurseries aswell as currently working in a homebased childcare setting as a Childminding Assistant.
My Qualifications
I hold an NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Childcare
I am First Aid trained and have various Safeguarding Children Certificates.
I have also been on various in-house training courses as part of my continuous development

I work a full time job from Monday to Friday so I am only available evenings and weekends
