My name is Natalia and I am a Maternity Nurse / sleep consultant/ professional nanny with long years of experience here in UK, Europe and USA. Am based in London .
I have 15+ years of experience working with new borns and young babies. I am qualified as a maternity practitioner with heaps of amazing references. I am fully vaccinated and also have an up to date whooping cough vaccine.
For as long as I can remember, I have always loved to take care of people. I work with children of all ages, from new-born upwards.
Certified Maternity Nurse by the London School of Childcare Studies (distinction marked), OFSTED registered (since 2014), CRB checked, Pediatric First Aid Certified 9 hours updated on May 2022, non- smoker, driver license since 2007, Spanish Passport and UK residence.
Fluent in Spanish and English, conversational in Italian, Portuguese and some French. Great references are available as I maintain a fantastic relationship with all the families I have worked for.

My Experience
I have coach many parents on their babies and toddlers sleep by teaching them strategies on how to overcome the bedtime challenges and sleepless nights back and forward to your child’s nursery.
I worked in childcare for the past 15 years.There are many factors that contribute for your baby’s sleep and as Baby Sleep Expert I have helped families with:
- establishing a good sleeping pattern day and night
- breastfeeding issues
- baby refusing the bottle
- tackling baby's common ailments (e.g reflux, jaundice, eczema, tongue-tie)
- implementing a routine
- starting weaning onto solids
