Hi! My name is Courtney, I’m 26 years old and I live in Chester. I am only 15 minutes away from the city centre and can take public transport. I am waiting for my driving test this year. I am available for childminding from the hours of 10am-1pm Monday to Thursday as I have an evening cleaning job and available all day Fridays. In my spare time I love to read, I cosplay as princesses for charity events, acting, singing in the city centre, arts and crafts such as embroidery, nature walks and looking after animals.
My Experience
In 2012 I attended work experience Belgrave pre school in Westminster Park where I lived and I also babysat the children for the parents in the evenings, this was up until I was 17. I then attended performing arts in college where I wanted to develop a career as a theatre teacher, I had to take a gap in this because I needed full time work. I currently childmind my sisters and friends children’s on school holidays and emergency occasions. I have experience in developing learning skills with fun games and activities, and I am very observant and reliable when it comes to medication, health and safety and first aid.

Courtney has a natural talent when looking after my boys. They are 5 and 6 and can be a bit of a handful, which Courtney has been able to handle very well and has a great connection with both of them. Providing lots of fun, imaginative play really helps to keep my boys focused.
Overall
When my girls have the option to pick anyone to childmind them without hesitation they pick Courtney which is definitely my first choice too. She is nurturing and fun loving. My girls have the absolute best time with her. They seem to not spend much time on their devices whenever Courtney is childminding them as she always has something fun to do with them, whether it's a paper game to something more active, Courtney keeps their minds busy and them entertained and I feel content when my girls are with her . She is fab with my youngest who is clingy to me, after the initial 'goodbye' my youngest has forgotten me in 2 minutes, plus there's no tears anymore as I'm leaving!! My eldest is turning a teen this year and Courtney is there for her,no hesitation, Courtney seems to be able to balance fun and nurturing perfectly.
