About Me
Hi! I'm Alex, I'm a fun, kind and caring English/Australian singer/songwriter, and I moved back to the UK all the way from Australia last year! I love how much fun working with children can be, with so many laughs and uniqueness to the job. I have often enjoyed helping children of family friends with homework, and am always happy to sit and work things until they fully understand everything. I've also grown up with a brother with ASD, so have a strong understanding of the condition and its requirements. I am also great with pets, growing up with both dogs and cats, so confident around them and always happy to go for walks where needed too. You can count on me to be creative, friendly, enthusiastic, and always be around to sing or write a tune or two! I am looking to start nannying part time for a family in London in mid-October. I am currently Chiswick based, but happy to travel.
My Experience
I have recently completed a Level 3 course in childcare, and I am currently in the process of registering for Oftsed certification. I have a year of previous experience looking after a 2/3 year old with a lovely family which I met through Childcare.co.uk! I also have experience with kids of all ages as during my studies at school, I was the leader of multiple musical ensembles. I enjoyed and was responsible for leading fun, engaging rehearsals, and creating a safe environment for students to learn. I have also loved helping family and friends look after their young kids, reading books, playing many games, and doing puzzles together.

My Availability
I am ideally looking for anywhere from a 7:30/8am start until a 5:30/6pm finish from Monday-Wednesday (25-30 hours weekly). But I could be flexible on days/hours for the right family.
