My Summary

My Experience

I have spent six years gaining practical experience with children from 7 -11 years old. My main family are three children with whom I work as a nanny and PA. I have really loved this job and I am proud of the relationship I have with the children.

My creative skills have helped me organise out of school activities both inside and outside the house and I have devised educational games for the children in the holidays. I have also travelled with the family abroad and as they have got older, been a trusted guardian to the children when they are out and about.

I also worked with another family with Primary age children with whom I used to babysit and looked after in the holidays. Similarly, I have a close relationship with these children who are now teenagers.

After my experience to work for private families I decided to start working in my profession and to challenge myself. I started to work in a nursery with children from 1,5 to 4 years old. Now I know it is what I really want to do. After working in a nursery for two years I decided to challenge myself and move to primary school. I am currently working as a teaching assistant in a reception class. My first six months I was working as one to one learning support assistant with child with autism spectrum disorder.

My Qualifications

I am fully qualified Primary school teacher with a Bachelor Degree in Education with a Major in Preschool and Early School Education.

My Availability

I am looking for babysitting or school drop offs, open for overnight babysitting.
