About Me
Hello my name is Janice John and I am an Ofsted registered NETWORKING CHILDMINDER, which ensures I give the highest quality care to all my children. I hold a Level 3 QCF diploma in child care for ages 0-19 years of age. I am also an ACCREDITED CHILDMINDER which means I get assessed regularly by my Co-Ordinator to enable me to give outstanding care to all of my children. I can offer 30 hours of FREE Early Years education each week to all of my parents who have 2, 3 and 4 year olds, if you qualify for this. I also offer the 15 hours of FREE Early Years Education for 9 months plus.
I thoroughly enjoy my position. I am calm and very friendly and provide a flexible, fun, happy and safe environment and have been doing so for many years, with excellent written feedback from my parents. You would be very welcome to look through letters and thank you cards which I have obtained from my parents throughout the years.
I work alongside the EARLY YEARS FOUNDATION STAGE SCHEME which helps to support children's learning and development. I am very organised and enjoy daily fun activities for all my children, which are always age related. I visit local libraries, singing groups, parks, farms, toddler groups etc. My recent Ofsted Inspector graded me 'Good' in October 2019.
Please call for a chat. I drop off and pick up at St. Bede's Primary school, Grove Primary School, Reynolds Avenue and Sommerville pre-school, as well as caring for children throughout the day. I could collect if during the day, if required.
My Experience
Over 18 years experience working as a childminder and great relationships with all of my parents. I also have 2 children of my own aged 25 and 21.

My Availability
I have spaces available to children - age range 0 months - 11 years.
My hours are from 7.00am until 5.30pm. I have a very flexible approach to my childminding business as some of my parents need to work shifts which is where I am able to help them out.
