About Me
Our lovely nanny is leaving us due to a change in her personal circumstances. Family of 6 year old boy and a 2 year old girl in central Sevenoaks.
Looking for reliable, caring, energetic, proactive, relaxed and resilient person who is looking to join us on Tuesday and Thursday 0740-1840, and 1200-1840 on Wednesdays. The shorter day may be negotiated to less/longer for the ideal person.
Start date last week of May/first week of June. For the right candidate we may be willing to wait until end of August as realise a lot of nannies turn over around then - we are just keen to find the perfect person to join our family.
My Requirements
Nanny duties
School drop off and pick up Sevenoaks-Otford.
Follow toddler routine as required, including attending baby play groups etc.
Sole charge of looking after both children during school holidays. Planning suitable activities to ensure children’s physical and mental needs are met.
Tidying play areas and children’s bedrooms as required.
Provide a family dinner.
Washing children’s clothes/bedding as required.
Run bath time.
Shopping/errands as required.
Regular communication and planning with parents.
Ad hoc baby sitting e.g. one evening a month if convenient for both parties and have the option to do overnight occasionally.
Essential:
Good references.
Experience of similar age children.
Experience of cooking family/children meals.
Open and articulate communicator.
Basic arithmetic and literacy with IT skills.
Good references.
Full clean driving licence, confident driver.
High desirable:
Local.
Second language e.g. French, Spanish, mandarin.
