We have been lucky enough to have Carmen looking after our son for the past two months, and I can’t speak highly enough of her. From day one, she has been incredibly warm, nurturing, and professional. Our son is always excited to spend time with her, which speaks volumes about the positive environment she creates.
She takes the time to truly understand each child’s needs and ensures they feel safe, comfortable, and valued. It’s evident that she genuinely cares about the children in her care, and she goes above and beyond to make learning and play both fun and educational. We have seen our son’s confidence grow, and we love the activities and experiences she plans for him.
Communication with Carmen has also been fantastic. She keeps us updated with regular photos and notes, and is always available for any questions or concerns. We feel completely at ease knowing our son is in such capable, loving hands.
I wholeheartedly recommend Carmen to any parent looking for exceptional childcare. She is a true gem, and we are so grateful for everything she does!

We initially found Carmen to be very polite and accomodating during our visit. As working parents - myself in part time employment currently finishing my maternity leave and my partner who is a bank staff working full time. We we’re looking for reliable childcare for our daughter on specific days. After meeting with Carmen, we agreed on a schedule well in advance.
We met around 7-6 weeks in advance and planned everything but then unfortunately, with just three weeks to go, Carmen suddenly informed us she could no longer commit to the agreed days, citing that she is now fully booked, despite having told us that everything was agreed when we met with her in person. This last minute cancellation has left us in a highly stressful situation, scrambling to find alternative childcare in a very short window.
Carmens lack of reliability has been detrimental to our planning as a family and was very disappointing as we we’re under the impression this had been sorted and confirmed.
We would recommend other parents who might be in a similar situation to rely on firm commitments to ensure you don’t end up in a stressful situation as we have.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and I’m truly sorry to hear about the stress this situation has caused. I completely understand how important reliable childcare is for working parents, and I deeply regret that things didn’t work out as expected.
However, I would like to clarify that I was not informed about any changes or updates to your schedule or needs after our initial meeting. The lack of communication on both sides, particularly around confirming the schedule and requirements, left me in a difficult position where I wasn’t able to plan effectively. I had made arrangements based on our discussions and was under the impression everything was set.
In the future, I believe clearer communication and mutual updates would help prevent misunderstandings like this. I sincerely wish I had been kept in the loop about any changes to your situation, as this would have allowed me to better accommodate your needs.
As of now l am happy with the outstanding service provision
