I am a recent graduate who has recently moved back to Oxford, looking to do one-off or regular evening babysitting. I truly love to work with children; I am reliable, conscientious, patient, and experienced, and I bring genuine enthusiasm and understanding to my work with children. I have BA and MA degrees in English Literature and History, and I would be more than happy to help with reading, homework, or other related academic areas.
My Experience
I have an up-to-date enhanced DBS check (I am registered on the DBS update service) and I am trained in child safeguarding. I am more than happy to provide certificates as evidence of these. I have experience working in a primary school as an After School Club playworker, and in a secondary school as a library assistant. Additionally, I have 6 years of experience in daytime and evening babysitting jobs, including school holidays and school pickup. I have provided childcare for children from age 2 to age 14, and for groups of up to five children. I will happily pass on the details of referees if requested.
