Hi, I’m Koko owner of Koko&ko Nannies, a London-based agency dedicated to bringing the nursery experience into your home. Our nannies work with children under 5 using fun, engaging activities that support early development through the EYFS framework. Many come from nursery settings or have worked as experienced nannies with excellent parent references.
We also offer emergency nanny cover when your regular nanny is unavailable, babysitting with no booking fees, and access to free or discounted tickets for the family-friendly events we host throughout the year. Our goal is to make childcare feel easy, supportive, and tailored to your family’s needs.
My Experience
I’ve been working in childcare since I was 17, and over the past 6 years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting children and families in both nursery and home settings. I hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification, and throughout my career I’ve taken on several roles—including Nursery Practitioner, Room Manager, and Third in Charge at a busy London nursery. Each role helped shape my understanding of child development, leadership, and how to create enriching, structured environments for little ones.
I’ve also worked as a private nanny, which allowed me to build deeper, more personal relationships with families while applying the same EYFS-led approach in a home setting. That mix of nursery and nanny experience is exactly what inspired me to launch Koko&ko Nannies—to bring high-quality, loving childcare into homes and support families in a way that feels both professional and personal.
