Hi I’m Charlotte, I’m 23 and a graduate from Northumbria University.
I studied graphic design and have a very creative personality which is great when it comes to entertaining kids.
I’m a very confident driver, so happy to help out with school runs and after school activities.
I also really enjoy cooking and love to get the kids involved with this.
My mum is a Norland nanny which has allowed me to learn and gain lots of experience in the childcare profession as I’ve grown up around it.
My Experience
I’ve been nannying on and off for the last 6 years. I’ve been with a local agency during this time as well as doing a variety of jobs through word of mouth.
I’ve looked after a range of different ages from pre-school to secondary school children.
I was also a gymnastics coach for 4 years which allowed me to work alongside many children and gain experience with different mental and physical disabilities.
Since 2020 I have worked every summer for a family with 4 lovely children with the two youngest being twins. This role helped build my confidence and patience as a nanny.
In 2023 I started a full time role of after school care for a 5 year old girl for 4 months. The role included providing entertaining activities and outings as well as cooking nutritious meals to try and encourage better eating habits.
Also in 2023 I worked part time at a creche for a gym in Guildford for 4 months. Here I had shared charge of children ranging in age from 2 months - 3 years. This role gave me experience with younger infants and taught me how to entertain a variety of ages at once.
