About Me
Hi, my name is Filomena, I'm married with 3 boys. Before having my boys I had my own hair salon for 16 years, however when I had my last son (who's 11), I started my childcare career. I first worked in a nursery where I completed my level 3 and level 5 qualifications, while working full time. I then chose to do my Teaching Assistant qualification and I worked in a primary school up until recently. I have now decided I want to be my own boss again, and I am looking forward to becoming a childminder, where I can bring a home from home environment for your children.
My Experience
I have worked in many nurseries, and also primary schools, I am also a mother to 3 boys (ages 15, 13, 12) so have plenty of experience.
My Qualifications
CACHE Level 3 Diploma for the Children and Young People's Workforce (QCF)
NCFE Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services.
NCFE CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Specialist Support for Teaching and Learning in schools.
