About Me
Hi I’m Aaisha I am 37 years old and have always loved working in childcare.
I am a outgoing mum of three that believes in spending quality time with children especially in their early years of development.
I live in Rush Green Romford with my partner our three children and our cats.I am a registered childminder with a ofsted regulated agency.
I provide nurturing home from home quality childcare for ages 6 months to 8 years. I provide childminding services that include BREAKFAST,LUNCH, SNACKS and regular outings.
I have always had a natural passion for working with and supporting children to achieve their best possible outcomes.
I have over 17 years hands on experience working within childcare as a Nursery practitioner/Room leader,Deputy manager,Acting manager and A1 childcare assessor.
Children in my care will be supervised at all times in a safe and secure environment and risk assessments and policies will be carried out and reviewed frequently to ensure that the safety standards are being maintained.

My Experience
I have over 17 years experience working as a nursery nurse, room leader,deputy manager, and acting manager.
I also have experience going into settings all over London to assess the practice of a range of childcare providers from teachers to daycare providers and nursery workers as a childcare assessor.
I have hands on experience working with and supporting children with SEN.
And have experience with Montessori teaching.
