My Experience
Recently, since working as an LSA, which included the role of being a 1:1 support assistant for a ALN students, my interest in working with young people and children has grown and is something I thoroughly enjoy. This role has enhanced my communication skills to be able to understand young people, especially the ALN pupils. My work experience was based in the Secondary department of the school, however I also have experience in the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage).
