My Requirements

I am looking for a Nanny/Housekeeper for my son Teddy, aged 7. There are also teenagers at home (aged 16 and 14) but they are fairly self-sufficient! We are very relaxed; the role would include some school runs, after school activities, very light housekeeping/cooking on some days, help with reading and writing after school.

I am re-training to be a midwife and my year is split between theory and placement blocks. The mum guilt is terrible during this degree as Teddy struggles a bit with missing me, so I would just love someone for him to bond with and have fun with while I am away from the house!

My theory blocks are relaxed and the hours are 8-4 (ish), and we can be really flexible. My placement blocks are a bit different as I will be doing 12 hour shifts, so there will be early starts (7am) and late finishes (8.30pm), however they are only 6 weeks at a time (3 times a year). On placement blocks I would not expect anything to be done while Teddy is at school so you would have 9-3 free ?.

The role could either be full time or 3 days per week (Monday, Wednesday and Thursday). Everything can be explained in person so please feel free to get in touch.

This could work really well for someone who wants lots of free time for lots of the year, or for someone with their own children to work around. I am more than happy for them to join you.
