About Me
hello , my name is Kim Fuller. I am a mum of 2 children ( 1 boy, 1 girl ) who are both of school age.
I am outgoing , bubbly and full of Fun. I have experience with EYFS stages as well as SEN Experience. I have worked within a TA position in a SEN school. I have recently opened Flourish First Childminding- an inclusive childcare setting based in Crowborough East Sussex- where learn through play and adventure is at the heart of my curriculum. I have a huge passion to support early years children in their progression, confidence building, understanding and resilience before entering the world of pre school.
I love working with all age ranges as well as after schoolies. x
My Experience
5 years nursery work with early years.
2 years T.A in special needs educational school.
Training in - Understanding Autism, epilepsy awareness, managing behaviour and recognising mental health.
First Aid trained and DSL trained.
