My Experience

With many years of experience as a dedicated childminder, along with extensive work in schools and nurseries, I have developed a deep understanding of children’s development, well-being, and individual needs. My hands-on experience has allowed me to create nurturing, engaging, and safe environments where children can learn, grow, and thrive. I have worked with children of all ages, supporting their emotional, social, and cognitive development through structured activities, creative play, and tailored learning experiences. My strong relationships with both children and parents are built on trust, communication, and a genuine passion for childcare, ensuring that every child in my care receives the attention and support they need to flourish.

My Qualifications

Qualified with a Level 2 and Level 3 Diploma in Childcare, I have spent many years nurturing and educating children in a variety of settings, including schools, nurseries, and as a dedicated childminder. My extensive training includes SENCo (Special Educational Needs Coordinator), Portage, Child Protection, Advanced Safeguarding, and FGM awareness, equipping me with the skills to support children of all abilities and backgrounds. I am deeply committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment where children can thrive emotionally, socially, and academically. My hands-on experience has given me a strong ability to tailor learning and care to each child’s unique needs, ensuring they feel valued, supported, and encouraged in their development. Building strong, trusting relationships with both children and parents is at the heart of my approach, as I believe communication and collaboration are key to a child’s success. With a passion for early years education and a dedication to continuous professional development, I strive to provide the highest standard of care, ensuring every child in my setting receives the best possible start in life.
