Hello! My name is Llana, and I’m a second-year trainee teacher at the University of Wolverhampton, studying BA Primary Education. With a strong passion for childcare and education, I offer professional babysitting services to families in our community. I’m DBS checked, hold a Level 2 Safeguarding qualification, and have a Certificate in Children Protection and Safeguarding, ensuring your children’s safety is my top priority.
I have experience working with children of all ages, from nurseries and SEN schools to primary school classrooms. My training and placements have given me valuable insights into children’s development, behavior, and well-being. I’ve worked in a variety of settings, from primary schools to volunteering at a local church’s Kids Club, where I created fun activities and engaged with children in meaningful ways. I also frequently babysit for family and friends, which has further developed my skills in providing caring and nurturing care.
As a caring and loving individual, I love bringing my passion for reading and the outdoors into my babysitting services. I enjoy taking children on walks, to the park, and sharing my love of books through reading sessions. My Experience
I have experience in range of settings from nurseries , SEN schools and primary schools. I have been in a range of year groups having experience with all ages with all of them being equally fulfilling.
Furthermore I also babysit for my family frequently as well as family friends and have done from a young age.I am also a proud aunty to a niece who is under 2 and a nephew who is 9 I have an active role in both of their lives and thoroughly enjoy being their aunty and spending time with them being around them frequently from a young age has taught me valuable lessons and I cherish my time around them creating a strong bond.
I also volunteered at a local church’s Kids Club for many years up until beginning university.I worked with children of all ages creating games , reading , arranging activities to them and doing a variety of different things.
My Qualifications
I have a current enhanced DBS which is available for me to show when requested.
I’m currently on track to be qualified primary school teacher as I am studying BA Primary Education completing weeks of placement in local schools gaining valuable experience and knowledge.I have taught in multiple year groups to understand many things such as behaviour and children’s wellbeing.
I also have a Certificate in Level 3 Health and Social Care in which I also completed a range of placement in SEN schools and nurseries.Furthermore I have knowledge in key aspects of child development and other subjects such as safeguarding.
I Have a certificate in Physical Education through a course with the FA giving me key information about the importance of physical education.
Certificate in Children Protection and Safeguarding which covers key aspects such as duty of care and Online Safety.
