Katie is a superstar childminder

Our daughter has been going to Katie’s house after school for the past 18 months. Katie is an outstanding childminder. She is reliable, organised, caring, fun and just lovely with all the children in her care. After getting to know Katie well I can honestly say Katie cares so much about making sure the children are safe, happy and constantly developing when with her.

Our daughter loves going to Katie’s house after school. The children in Katie’s care are all well behaved and get on as friends so it is like a play date to her. Katie always has fun, structured activities for her to do after school and she always has such a great time.

I would thoroughly recommend Katie a childminder and so would my daughter.

Fantastic & thoughtful care

We have been with Katie for a few months. She looks after my baby 3 days and provides wrap around care for my Yr R child. From the start Katie was very friendly but professional. She was keen to understand how our family works so she can provide experiences for my children which mirror our life at home. Katie welcomed the children and the parents into her home and has treated the children like family. I love how Katie will challenge the children to further support their development.

Starting with Katie has been a huge success and feel she will be a part of our family for many years to come. An absolute diamond of a childminder & we couldn’t have found anyone better to care for our children.

Couldn’t wish for a better childminder.

Katie has been looking after our 1 year old daughter for the past 4months and in that time the care and development that Katie has invested in her has been outstanding.

With my partner being in the armed forces , Katie has been a huge support to us both in a professional and personal capacity. Allowing flexibility when needed.

My daughter settled straight away and really enjoys her time with Katie, so much so sometimes she doesn’t want to leave. What we like about Katie is the dedication to our daughters development . She writes a daily diary to keep us up to date , plus a development folder for us to track , review and importantly work together on my daughters development. She also has lots of fun! With trips to local play groups and Staunton farm.

We would definitely recommend Katie as a childminder.

Fantastic , I think my son actually prefers it at

My son is currently looked after by Katie and, as this was my first experience of using a childminder, I was quite anxious about leaving my clingy 18 month old with a stranger. However I needn't have worried! After a week of tearful farewells and lots of patience from Katie, he now regards Katie's house as his second home, not even looking back when I drop him off.

Katie is patient and welcoming and her genuine affection and interest in your child is obvious to see.

I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Humphrey's Childminding Services to anyone x
