About Me
Here at Peggy's Rose Home Nursery, I aim to provide a unique approach to childcare, based on my attributes and experiences, putting children's interest at the centre of all things. I am a qualified early years educator who is a fun, loving, and caring parent who puts the needs and interests of children first, whilst also working in partnership with parents for achievement and success . I'm passionate about the growth and development of Early years, so I decided to open my own home nursery. My greatest achievement in life has been raising my own children and being a part of their learning in a healthy, positive, nurturing, and resilient environment. As a result, they have flourished. I enjoy outdoor activities and have experience in forest school, which I believe is an essential aspect of a child's development. I enjoy baking and cooking on a daily basis, and I will incorporate cooking as part of my weekly activities. With all this in place, I aim to provide a childminding service of excellence.
My Experience
I have worked in childcare settings since 2017, where I gained necessary qualifications and skills. I have also obtained the job role of a deputy nursery manager/ designated safeguarding lead, in which I took great pride, when caring for children and the importance of the role and responsibility. I have learnt leadership skills and how to run a successful nursery. I have also been an inclusion officer where I learnt the importance of inclusive practice, within an early years setting, ensuring all children are supported in accordance to their needs and interest

My Availability
I am flexible and can offer hours according to the needs of parents/carers. However I do have my set daily routine from 8:30am till 18:00pm Monday to Friday. I'm open to discussion based on availabilities. Nappies/cream, wet wipes, food, individual hand towels, buggy shed all included. Currently available for pre booking. opening soon.
