For over a decade, I have provided both in-person and online tutoring alongside my work as a teacher across primary, secondary, and SEN sectors—both in the UK and internationally.
I offer a personalised 1:1 tutoring service tailored to help students meet specific academic goals. These have included preparation for 11+ grammar school entry exams, GCSEs, COVID catch-up support, and general academic assistance for students at various levels.
Tuition takes place in shared spaces within your home to ensure a comfortable and focused learning environment. I also provide guidance on high-quality educational resources tailored to each student’s needs and can supply my own materials aligned with the relevant curriculum or exam specifications.
While I am open to online tutoring, I believe in-person sessions offer the most effective and engaging learning experience.
My Experience
I have supported students of varying abilities at both primary and secondary levels, with a strong focus on mathematics. My tutoring experience also includes English, verbal reasoning, and non-verbal reasoning in preparation for 11+ grammar school entrance exams. Additionally, I have guided students through the biology component of their Science GCSE, tailoring my approach to meet individual learning needs and curriculum standards.

My Fees
- Tutoring from £35.00 per hour
I would need some travel expenses if your home is difficult to reach on public transport from my workplace in Leeds City Centre or my home in Cookridge.
