About Me
I am married and a Mummy to one baby boy and love working with children of all different ages! I am passionate to see children thrive in social settings as well as emotionally! I recognise the importance of nurturing young people in all areas of physical, emotional and relational health! I have worked with children and young people for the past 9 years, both in their home environment and in the healthcare settings.
I am fluent in Spanish and Swedish and will incorporate Spanish lessons into my setting regularly! This will allow your children to learn one of the core world languages from a young age!
I am available Monday-Friday 7-6, as well as wrap around pre/afterschool, pick-ups and drop-offs. I will be offering the 15 and 30 hours of government funded child care.
Upon request/discussion I offer flexible working hours for healthcare workers who like myself struggle to find childcare availability that works around shift work!
My Experience
For the past 4 years I have been a qualified Paediatric Nurse working as a Staff Nurse, progressing onto a Junior Sister/Nurse in Charge in a London hospital children’s ward caring for children aged 0-16. Prior to this I studied and worked as a Student Nurse and Health Care assistant at Great Ormand Street Children’s Hospital.
I previously worked as a babysitter providing childcare in local families homes and in my own home for the past 9 years. This has mainly been alongside my studies and main profession.
I also worked as a swimming pool lifeguard and Swimming teacher teaching children from 3years+ life saving skills in the water.
My Qualifications
I have just completed my working in home based Childcare course. I am completing my food hygiene and safety, and pre-registration for becoming and childminder with the Ofsted registered childminding agency!
I am paediatric first aid trained as well as hold a level 6 university accredited course in Safeguarding Children and Young People. My university degree is in Paediatric (Children) nursing and I am registered with the NMC, continuing to currently practice as a registered Nurse. I studied child development in both GCSE and double A-level, alongside communication studies.

The best Childminder in the area! Honestly, so impressed with everything Bianca does, from the excellent communication updating me on how my daughter is doing, to the activities she does with the children! My daughter loves being with Bianca and I cannot thank her enough for all she does!
The resources give the environment a true home from home feel and are very interactive for all ages. Bianca really goes above and beyond regularly taking my daughter on trips around the local area including to the park & to the local nature reserve.
Thank you Bianca for helping my daughter grow and learn! Couldn’t recommend you more!

Bianca has previously looked after my three children(ages 5, ,6, and 8) on numerous occasions and my husband and I trust her implicitly. Without fail, she has been able to keep my three kids happy, healthy, and looking forward to the next time. Bianca is a quality human being and you couldn't possibly have a better, more skilled person to look after your little ones. I'm happy to answer questions if anyone has any.

Bianca has taken care of my little boy. She is truly amazing with him. Bianca is very caring, fun and quite professional. My son loves her so it has been much easier to leave him with her. Bianca is a very cheerful, loving mum. I recommend 100%!

Bianca has looked after my little boy a few times over the past year. Bianca is extremely welcoming, kind and reliable and my son seemed comfortable with her from the get go which made it so much easier for me to leave him as I knew he was in safe hands, especially given that she is a trained children’s nurse which greatly put me at ease.
Bianca will always do stimulating activities with him and he seems to have always learnt something new when with her - he even understands some commands in Spanish!
She will always make freshly cooked healthy meals which he thoroughly enjoys and takes the pressure off me for the day! I also love the fact that he gets out in the outdoors when with her.
For anyone looking for a childminder I would highly recommend Bianca, you will be leaving your child in such safe and capable hands. I couldn’t wish for anyone better!

Bianca has looked after my nine month old baby boy on several occasions. As a first time mum I was very anxious about leaving him with someone other than my mum but the fact that she is a qualified nurse really helped reduce my anxiety around leaving him. During the time he was with her, she kept me informed of how he was doing via message and she sent me some photos and a video so I could see that he was settled and content. My child has dietary restrictions and Bianca was more than happy to accommodate them. I cannot recommend Bianca enough and I’m so happy to have found her!
