My name is Steph and I am 20 years old. I haven’t been a nanny yet but I am very keen to start my journey! I enjoy caring for children and watching them grow and develop.
My Experience
I have worked in a nursery for 3.5 years with a range of children aged 0-5 years. I started my childcare journey as an apprentice and completed my level 2 diploma in early years. As a nursery practitioner, my day consists of supporting children with meal times, assisting with children’s personal care, encouraging independence and ensuring children feel safe and happy. I also complete reports and daily observations on the children, keeping track of their learning and development and creating activities to support this. During my time as a nursery practitioner, I have also babysat for many family’s at the child’s own home.
My Qualifications
I have a level 2 diploma in Early Years.
I am paediatric first aid trained.
I am DBS checked.
