About Me
Registered childminder following EYFS curriculum with interests in Montessori and Reggio approaches. I am committed to building positive relationships with children and families and providing a caring and nurturing environment with exciting experiences to support children to learn and thrive.
Passionate about wellbeing and nature, so we love learning how to stay healthy by getting messy with food, cooking, baking and getting moving in nature with gardening and lots of outdoor exploration and play.
Conveniently located within walking distance to Sedgley Hall Farm Park and Alder Coppice Nature Reserve for weekly forest fun. In addition Brockswood Animal Sanctuary, Sedgley Adventure Centre, Sycamore Adventure Centre and Baggeridge Country Park are all within a 5 minute drive for regular outdoor adventures.
My Experience
As a parent and previously working fulltime shifts, I understand the challenge of finding flexible childcare and how difficult it can be to put your trust in someone to care for your child. Therefore I aim to get to know each individual family and child so I fully understand them, to provide reliable trust and support. I have professional experience in safeguarding and health care, therefore your child's safety, health and welling are my priority.
My Qualifications
Registered Childminder training, First aid Certificate, Degree certificate in Nutrition, A levels (sociology, psychology and history) and 12 GCSE's.
My Availability
Core hours: 07:30am - 17:30pm. Flexible options can be discussed with families on a case by case basis.
