My husband and I have 4 daughters ages 4, 2 and 8 months old (twins).
My Requirements
Our 4 year old is starting school in September 2024 and I will be returning to work then too. We are looking for childcare cover for our 2 year old daughter and twin baby girls (who will be 1 in July) for 1-2 days a week. As I do shift work (long days/nights/weekends), we may occasionally ask for extra help, if available.
We are looking for an experienced and nurturing childminder or nanny who is confident with looking after three children aged 2 and under. We lean towards gentle parenting styles and encourage creativity, reading and imaginative play. We enjoy going to the local park (1 minute walk away from our house), beach, allotment and other local attractions.
