My Summary

My Experience

I have extensive experience looking after children - from newborns, right through to teenagers. I started babysitting at the age of just 13, at 18 I worked for a summer as a camp counsellor in the States, in my 20’s I worked as a full time nanny for babies and children within multiple families, and I now work as a part-time nanny for two families. Last but not least, I am a mum myself, currently raising my two wonderful teenagers. I have experience with a premature baby, as my daughter was born at 36 weeks. I can accommodate all your baby’s needs, such as bottles, weaning plans, and naps.

This broad range of experience has equipped me with the skills to cater to the unique needs of each developmental stage, from providing nurturing care to babies to supporting the growth and independence of older children.

I have engaged in a variety of activities, including cooking, baking, games, creative play, ensuring homework is completed, day trips and excursions, swimming, baby/toddler groups, and a whole range of other fun activities. I am happy to do whatever works for you and your baby and children.

My Qualifications

I am educated to degree level with a BA Honours in Media Production.

I have a current Enhanced DBS check ensuring that I meet all necessary safety and security standards for childcare.

I hold a full manual driving license and am also in the process of completing a First Aid course.

My Availability

I am available adhoc/part-time Monday to Friday (even occasional weekends and evenings if needed), providing flexibility to accommodate various schedules.

Currently, I care for a 7-month-old baby girl one day a week (Tuesday), and a 10 month old baby girl ad hoc across the week for 6 hours. I also look after my 18-month-old nephew occasionally, having cared for him since he was a newborn.

Whilst I dedicate Tuesdays to caring for Evie, this day offers a potential nanny share option for families seeking a nanny-share arrangement. This arrangement allows for shared childcare responsibilities, offering an affordable option whilst still fostering a supportive and collaborative environment for both children and parents.

I am open to discussing additional arrangements to meet the unique needs of each family.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
• Nannying from £20.00 per hour (gross)

My fees for nannying and babysitting are competitive and reflect my extensive experience. For sole charge nannying, I am £20 per hour, however this may be negotiable, depending on your needs. I offer a reduced rate for a nanny share arrangement.

For babysitting, my rate is £15 per hour. I ensure reliable care during your absence. I’m also available for overnight babysitting, rate to be discussed.

I am flexible with scheduling and open to discussing arrangements that best suit your family's needs.
