About Me

Having recently decided to put aside my path as a primary school teacher who worked mostly with EYFS aged children, and a manager at an arts holiday club in London for children aged 3-11, I am looking for nanny work, and other adhoc childcare roles. I'm available for two days a week (potentially three) and have some flexibility as to which days. My teaching experience as well as being an aunty to seven beautiful children has shown me I have a natural, warm and very easy rapport with children which fosters a space where they feel comfortable to be themselves, open up and grow. My love of working with children always centered around the social-emotional aspects of themselves where they could explore finding out who they are, what they love, different ways of interacting with the world and others in a way that builds their confidence and sense of self. I set clear boundaries with ease and positivity which adds to the feeling of safety and there is always lots of humour and play involved in the way we spend time together.

Ideally, I'm looking to work at least 5 hours each day I work. Please note, I'm not yet driving so I am looking for local work in Frome (or close by) that doesn't involve needing a car.

Although it's regular and ongoing days I would love to secure, I'm also available for adhoc work and babysitting...dog sitting too!
