My Summary

My Experience

I have a BA Honours degree in Criminal Justice in which I gained a wealth of knowledge surrounding child emotional and physical attachments/bonds. In addition to this, whilst studying I was a volunteer for the children’s hearing system as a panel member where I received thorough training surrounding safeguarding and the safety of children. Through my current employment as a swim teacher I have gained a paediatric first aid certification. I teach over 80 children age 3-12 each week in which I have built a positive relationship with each one. Each lesson I am responsible for the learning and most importantly safety of up to 6 children at a time whilst making sure each child is having fun. I also have 9 months of experience within a secondary school as a support for learning assistant. Again, I was responsible for the learning and safety of multiple teenagers at a time. I was also responsible for running the breakfast club each morning, preparing each child’s breakfast etc. In my teenage years I worked voluntarily in a nursery gaining experience with young children. Lastly, I am the oldest of two younger siblings both who I looked after for years in the past.

My Availability

I am looking for a family who need a babysitter/nanny in the mornings/afternoons, my availability is as early as needed each morning until 3pm each day due to my swim teaching job.
