I have 11 years of lived experience as a mum to 2 boys aged 10 and 11 who both have additional needs. I also have a level 2 teaching and supporting children and young adults qualification. I have an upto date dbs and have recently completed many courses including safeguarding. Health and hygiene and basic first aid. I also have a full driving license with my own vehicle.
I have worked professionally in a childcare setting since January 2023, within this role I have supported a child with additional needs on a 1:1 basis until he left pre school for primary school. I am now in setting 13 hours a week supporting children in all aspects of their development.
