About Me
Hello my name is Lynsey, I am an Ofsted registered & PACEY insured Childminder & was given Outstanding grading at my last inspection May 23. I live with my partner Shaun (who also works at my setting as a Childcare assistant) & my son Zachary aged 15, we also have a little pet dog called Chester. I am passionate about providing a very stimulating environment for the children in my care, where they feel secure, happy & motivated to learn through play.
My Experience
I have over 24 years of childcare experience, working with children aged 0-12 years. I have worked both in schools & nurseries. I have completed many training courses -BTEC in Childhood studies, NVQ management, Makaton training, level 4 in Early Years & level 3 in Home based childcare & I constantly refresh & keep up to date with my Safeguarding, First Aid & Food hygiene training.

I have used Lynseys services for 2 years and honestly couldn't be more glad I had found her.
I was very hesitant to use nurseries but when I met Lynsey and Shaun, my son was immediately comfortable and I knew they were kind and gentle people.
Lynsey is very nurturing and pays great detail to the children and their development.
Lynsey offers great days out farms, theatre, soft play, woodland walks, playing on the fields and so on.
My son doesn't want to leave after his half or full day. It doesn't matter, he so comfortable and loves everything available to play with and learn from.
Her home is very clean and cosy. I would always, without a hesitation, recommend.
