I am a masters student of Biology at Exeter but have been a nanny on and off for over 10 years.
My Experience
I was an after school nanny for 3 years while I was in High School (I’m American) and watched babysat on occasion during university as well. I also tutored while babysitting and was a professional tutor during university. Last summer, I worked as a full time nanny to 3 high energy boys for a family that was dealing with a lot of changes and parents going through a split. I’ve been exposed to many difficult challenges while babysitting and studied development with my degree. With all of these challenges, I’ve learned so much about development in the face of difficult change. I would love to get back to nannying and childcare during my free time.
My Qualifications
I have a bachelors degree in biology which included first aid training and child developmental courses. I have 10 years of hands on childcare experience. Since I just moved here from the US, I don’t have UK registration but would be more than happy to complete that.
My Availability
I have a very free schedule until May, and after May will be free outside of working hours
