Awful Experience
Unfortunately I have had an awful experience with this childcare setting and would not recommend. I have discussed this with setting how I felt my baby was not in a safe environment due to unsafe sleeping environments (as per a photo) where he had a muslin tied around his neck, he was on the floor asleep, toys around him that were not age appropriate and posed as a choking hazard, faced down into a pillow. After discussing my concerns I was met with hostility and threatened with solicitors.

It is disappointing to receive an unfair and misleading review when I have consistently provided high-quality childcare, as reflected in my 6 other 5-star reviews from satisfied parents.
As an Ofsted-registered childminder with 10 years of teaching experience, the safety and well-being of all children in my care is my top priority. I adhere to strict safeguarding and sleep safety guidelines in line with EYFS and Ofsted regulations. The allegations made here are wholly unfounded and contradict the overwhelmingly positive feedback from other parents.
Regarding contractual matters, this parent agreed to a six-month minimum term but after 4 days has sought to withdraw their child without payment or honoring the agreed terms. This constitutes a contractual breach, rather than any negligence on my part. It is unfortunate that this has led to a misrepresentation of my childcare service.
My commitment to providing a nurturing and safe environment for all children remains unchanged, and I encourage prospective parents to consider my longstanding reputation and verified reviews rather than one isolated, premeditated and unfounded complaint.
