My Summary

My Experience

I work part-time as a tutor for online organisation ‘My-Tutor’. I teach English Language and
Literature, as well as Modern Foreign Languages to children who are struggling academically or who are not currently in school. In 2022 I worked at an independent primary school in Seville for 8 months. All the students and the majority of staff were Spaniards. My responsibilities included preparing and giving lessons to pupils aged 5- 12. In 2023 I lived with a family in Northern Italy and worked as an Au pair, looking after their two sons (1 ages 4 and the other 11). My role included cooking for them, taking them and picking them up from school and taking them on day outings.

My Qualifications

I have recently graduated from Durham University with a Class II Division I honours (2:1) in Modern Languages and Cultures (Spanish and Italian). I also received a Distinction in Spoken Spanish. I also have a TEFL certificate.

My Availability

I play rugby and I train on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This would mean on these two days I would need to leave at 5pm.
