About Me

Hi! I'm Dawn, an art tutor who is looking to make some more income as a babysitter.

I am experienced in working with children as a teacher, and have been babysitting for friends and family for the past 10 years. As a fun, energetic and creative person, I love spending time with children, and they tend to love me too! I am calm, caring, great at communicating and can provide excellent emotional support, and can always find something fun to do to keep kids engaged. I'm a great cook, am happy to help with household chores and can assist in looking after pets. I'd be absolutely delighted to spend time with your little ones and can be fully flexible in my working hours to suit your families needs.

I currently work at Glasgow School of Art as a lecturer and Open Studio tutor, so I have a PVG certificate. I am also an experienced carer, working as a personal assistant to my disabled friend for 3+ years.

I am happy to take on the odd job, but would really enjoy a more committed role in your family to get to know your children properly. I live in the West End, but am happy to travel (to anywhere accessible by bus/train).
