My Requirements

I have my own business and am returning to work from September. My partner and I both work from home and are hoping to be able to manage both work schedules and childcare between us. However, occasionally I will have meetings and/or have to travel for work and so I am looking for a childminder to look after my 7 month old little girl. Ideally I would like to find a somebody who is open to being flexible and looking after her for a morning or afternoon here and there, but I appreciate that some consistency in care will be more beneficial in order for her to bond with and feel comfortable in somebody else's care. In this case I will need no more than two mornings OR afternoons per week. If she ends up absolutely loving being left with somebody else then I am open to leaving her more often - so far she has been quite a clingy baby and i'm very apprehensive to leave her.

As a family, we are passionate about healthy living, being out in nature and learning through play. We do not allow our daughter to watch the television or have access to phones, computers or tablets - this is very important to us.
I want my daughter to be shown affection and love and for her needs to be met quickly.
