About Me

Hello!
My name is Sanah, I live in Sheldon with my Husband, 2 children (and 2 friendly cats!).

I am passionate about providing a nurturing and safe environment for children and creating memorable experiences to develop a natural love for learning.

I home-educate my two toddlers (aged 2 & 4) so naturally my home is filled with plenty of learning resources that I would love to share with others.

My opening hours are 8-5pm flexible 4 days a week, please contact me to discuss specifics.

At Bright Days, I offer year round care.
I ensure children are exposed to a variety of learning environments and resources.

This usually consists of weekly visits to the local library, visiting Sheldon Country Park to see the farm animals, nature walks and plane spotting.
I have a secure garden filled with plenty of toy vehicles as well as a cozy indoor play area, focusing on crafts and imaginative play.

I come from a catering backround working in some of the most prestigious restaurants in the country, however after covid19 and starting a family, I decided to focus on a more family-friendly career.
Due to my passion in food, I ensure I provide healthy, balanced and nutritious home cooked meals and snacks for your children (HALAL as I am a Muslim childminder).

All consumables, nappies, wipes etc are included in the fee.

If you decide to choose me as your childcare provider, I will work with you to choose a suitable settling in period for your little one. Usually this includes 2 hours (with parent) and then 3 hours including meal time (parent leaves half way if child is settled). This is to ensure you and your child are 100% comfortable with me and my home before committing. My best interest is for your child to feel safe and happy.

I am with an Ofsted Rated Childminding Agency (SCA - Suffolk Childcare Agency). Due to working with an agency I am required to stay on top of training and to continue to develop and increase my skills.
