I was completely new to using a childminder, and as any newbie I had a lot of reservations as none of us really want to leave our children! I initially started as a trial for myself and kids when my work hours changed, but very early on, all my fears and anxieties went out of the window! My 2 girls absolutely love coming here and have done since the first ever time. Deandra has a lovely and welcoming home, where she accommodates children from a whole range of different ages. She is highly professional whilst caring for the children and still encompassing a down to earth, fun/friendly nature. I 100% recommend Deandra and her team.

Deandra provided us with childminding services for our 3 year old son over a period of three months while we settled into our new neighbourhood waiting for him to start formal nursery. She is very caring, personable and flexible to the parent's and the children's needs. Our son enjoyed his time there and fitted in so well with his peers at the setting. We shall definitely be happy to use Deandra's setting again in the future and would not hesitate in recommending her.

Deandra is absolutely amazing! Communication is always clear and reassuring, keeping me informed and at ease. The space is spotless, organised, and incredibly well maintained. She’s created a warm, safe, and loving environment where I believe children truly thrive. I couldn’t ask for better care for my son.

We were the first parents to have our little one with Dee and her fledgling Rochester Riverside Childcare and we can’t speak highly enough of our experience.
Deandra worked with us when selecting a bespoke plan for our little one and her care and the information was very professionally shared with us.
Our little girl had around 4 months with Dee and her growing team and she clearly loved her time there, arriving happily and leaving with her bottom lip out.
The setting is clean, safe and welcoming with some great resources for all pre-school ages. We would often receive updates on our little girl’s progress over the weeks and it was lovely to see how she was interacting with other children and what she was up to. Whilst we were used to more regular updates with our son when he was at nursery, Dee rightly pointed out that she does not want to be on her phone for half the day sending all of her parents updates, which we feel shows the level of care given.
We are so sad to have to change providers due to new job logistics and will be staying in touch with Deandra, especially as we hope to move back to Medway and to perhaps get our little girls’s place with Rochester Riverside Childcare back!!
We recommend Dee to anyone considering her and wish her all the very best in the future.

Deandra is amazing & I would highly recommend her services. She has looked after my daughter working as an assistant alongside her mum at her nursery based in Dartford. My husband and I have been mostly impressed with the level of communication provided by Deandra on a day to day basis on what our daughter has been up to and any other important information we need to be aware of. The facility is immaculate, and strict safety measures are in place, ensuring a secure and healthy environment. The curriculum is engaging and age-appropriate, contributing to my child's cognitive, social, and emotional development.
