About Me
I am a qualified Primary School Teacher and I am part of an Out of School Care service. As a teacher I have developed a strong work ethic supporting my planning for teaching and learning. Being a reflective practitioner has pushed me to continue my learning and discover ways to support all learners such as STEM learning, active learning, outdoor learning and using CREATE frameworks. Meeting learners’ needs by using their interests to structure their learning has allowed for increased enjoyment and engagement in learning. I use active and real-life scenarios of learning for children to become successful learners, confident individuals, responsible citizens, and effective contributors with skills that are transferable into the world of work. I am open minded as I like looking at all perspectives as I am passionate, and reliable person. I am a good listener and like meeting new people, while learning new things. As I hope to promote and encourage others to achieve their goal as a team. I am very adaptable and a fast learner that will try new challenges and motivate others using creative ways.
